THE SOCIETY OF
CERTIFIED RISK PROFESSIONALS
Welcome to

Industry Professionals
"The aim of management science is to display the best course of action in a given set of circumstances, and this must include ALL the circumstances."
Anthony Stafford Beer

Welcome. SCRP is a platform designed for scientists and professionals to collaborate in risk management projects. The gathering of practitioners from various disciplines to advocate a common approach to problem-solving is the base of our philosophy.
We pursue impact-based projects where successes in managing risks can create positive knock-on effects on targeted industries and communities. We achieve this by organizing teams of experts that best-fit project requirements to execute our strategies.
We adopt a coaching system to guide researchers and professionals in various fields to become risk professionals. Our certification is based on fieldwork success and endorsement by experts who sit in our Academic Council.
SCRP is an independent, non-profit self-regulatory entity registered under the Societies Act 1966.
"Courage is the willing-ness to take the risk once you know the odds. Optimistic over-confidence means you are taking the risks because you don't know the odds. It's a big difference."
Danny Kahneman
Nobel Prize in Economics, 2002
