ABOUT PROGNOS CEOPE

The SCRP Organisation

SCRP is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing cross-disciplinary practices in risk management. This mission requires significant investment in conceptual development, systems design, and talent integration—particularly in unifying professionals from diverse fields under a common risk governance model.

To operationalize such a model at scale, a lead party must assume the initial burden of funding, implementation, and market validation. Demonstrating a viable use case is essential before broader adoption can occur across sectors.

Given SCRP’s non-profit constitution and fiduciary obligations, it does not undertake commercial activity directly. To mitigate legal risk and safeguard its committees and council members from exposure, all commercial undertakings—even those aligned with SCRP’s mission—are structurally housed within a separate private limited entity. This arrangement enables innovation, collaboration, and execution while preserving the integrity of SCRP’s governance model.

The SCRP Platform Manager

Platform Manager is the founding organization behind SCRP’s infrastructure, model design, and operational architecture. It also serves as the legal sponsor for commercial engagements—ensuring SCRP’s non-profit governance is protected from legal exposure.

With over two decades of experience, Platform Manager is a pioneer in enterprise risk management across the region—leading the development of consulting practices and risk technologies long before ERM entered the mainstream. The SCRP model is built from this field experience, recognizing that risk is inherently cross-disciplinary and solvable only through collaboration and innovation.

Platform Manager’s mission is to spread a more effective model of risk management—grounded in quantitative methods that are faster, more precise, and ultimately simpler than traditional heuristic-based approaches. Its focus is on building tools, methods, and programs that make advanced risk management accessible and scalable.

While Platform Manager does not act as a general consulting firm, it does provide services when they directly support the advancement of quantitative risk methods or SCRP’s model of sustainability. Its primary role remains platform development, enablement, and ecosystem building—empowering partners, councils, and accredited professionals to deliver impact at scale.

About Prognos Ceope (Platform Manager)

Prognos Ceope builds on a long-standing tradition in enterprise risk management. Its founders have been pioneers in the field since 1997, having served over 50 publicly listed companies—including one of the world’s 10 largest corporations. It was the first Malaysian ERM firm to export its expertise to Singapore, Japan, and China, establishing a regional footprint early in the discipline’s evolution.

In 2010, Ceope developed one of Asia’s earliest AI-powered ERM systems, incorporating Bayesian logic to prioritize conditional risks. The system was recognized as a Top 5 Enterprise Technology in the Best Infrastructure Application category at the Asia Pacific ICT Awards.

Prognos Ceope actively bridges the enterprise sector with the scientific, regulatory, and policy communities. It promotes innovation as the cornerstone of risk treatment—pioneering solutions such as a blockchain-based expert notarization system for multi-expert attestations and a public data-mining platform aimed at community wealth creation. It continues to lead in areas such as sharing economy platforms, community asset models, distributed technologies, autonomous organizations, regtech, and sandbox development.

Beyond risk, Prognos Ceope is shaping the future of sustainability. It has contributed to the development of sustainability frameworks, sustainability reporting protocols, and regulatory innovations for PLCs. The firm is currently spearheading efforts to establish indigenous Malaysian standards for quantitative risk management, aligning national governance with international scientific best practices.

Prognos Ceope is also the architect behind CultureOS—a platform designed to implement, rate, and provide assurance on cultural sustainability. This initiative reflects the firm’s broader mission: to integrate scientific, technological, and cultural intelligence into next-generation governance systems.
